The adoption of payroll systems has become increasingly important for businesses to streamline their financial operations. This research topic explores the adoption of a payroll system at Softrite Zimbabwe, a payroll software business. The study aims to identify the motivations behind the implementation of the payroll system, assess the impact on the company's financial and operational performance, and evaluate the challenges faced during the adoption process. The findings of this research can provide valuable insights for other businesses considering the adoption of payroll systems, particularly in the Zimbabwean context.
