It aims to provide compelling evidence that efficient project management techniques contribute significantly to successful project outcomes and offer insights into their role in fostering constructive social transformation. The research explores the benefits of project management, the economic advantages of achieving 100% project success, and the predictive roles of project complexity and management competencies on project success. Through a mixed-methods approach, the study addresses key questions on the extent of project management benefits and identifies best practices that promote project success. The findings are intended to guide organizational managers in the construction sector to enhance project management strategies, thereby improving overall project performance and success rates.en_US
